Daily Development Log 03.03.2015

As you might have read over the last week, the team has been working consolidating the known issues and bugs in the game. When Ruairi finds a bug he carefully creates replication steps and posts them in our bug tracker. Working with Simon, a severity is picked and then each issue is then assigned to him to work on.

Here's the list of bugs currently assigned to Simon, starting with the most severe:
- Colonists are Walled in by bad base generation.
- Lander crew get stuck if impassible object is in front of lander
- Tasking IMP to Dig inaccessible wall causes slowdown
- IMP stops collecting Material (even with Hopper)
- Loading Multiple times can cause AI shutdown.
- Right clicking on an object in blueprint phase causes crashes
- IMP placing fossil breaks.
- Stills Deposit water barrels in inaccessible spots.
- Dead IMPs not removed from list, unable to build additional IMPs
- Colonist Spawning at corner of Map
- Object blueprints are sometimes ignored.
- Medical Drips functionality change (food Dispensers)
- Lander Animation occurring on external objects
- Dissembling Room function Deletes Rockwalls
- Repeating beeping noise on colonist death text
- Unique objects can be built outside of rooms
- Diagnosis table Is missing Name Text in Object building mode
- Material textures are not order agnostic in xml file reading
- Cave in save state issues.
- Colonist picking up Rubble outside do so without suits.
- Lander issues on load
- Flag flips out on multiple loads.
- Right clicking on flagpoles blueprint flag causes flag only to disappear.
- IMP dig order spots on load are ignored.
- Imp moving fossil becomes broken on load
- Colonists ask for Workshop table even when one is built.
- Molerats can spawn off the edge of the map
- Removing Turret blueprint removes only top half
- Doors lose door parts
- Doors opening/closing sound loops
- Rebuilt IMP has old-Removed orders stuck in head
- Multiple Airlocks cause AI confusion
- Airlock can be placed and built halfway into wall.
- IMP can become stuck focused on tasks that cannot be completed.
- Colonist can become stuck in corners of rooms
- Colonist stuck between walls while attempting Repair of Workshop drill
- Secondary AtmoGens have no sound effects.
- Possible to place more than one door on the same spot.
- IMPs can attempt to pull plants from Lab containment
- Room objects can be built outside of room along cave walls.
- Colonists can become stuck between walls when building rooms.
- Colonists build objects from inside, can lead to being stuck
- Colonists walking through walls.
- Black boxes appear at the edge of the screen on ATI/AMD machines.
- Colonist crushed in cave in does not produce death report
- Creatures going outside of gameworld cause constant gameworld resets
- Placement Effectiveness Data needs Clearer information.
- Allow for right click removal while in build mode
- Colonists Pass through Doors
- First object used outside causes odd blueprint.
- Colonist lander animation offset midway through
- Megacephs clip regularly with each other during animations and walking.
- Domestic animals leave airlock
- Bulkhead doors cannot be locked
- UI scaling to 150% cuts off 3/4 of the rendered screen.
- External boulders can block Airlock on unlucky spawn
- The start up script runs the entire time the game runs (linux)
- Start Up crash : 3rd Party program interference: "Evolve"
- IMP walks in circles if cannot move fossil
- Hydroponic Trees Reset to midpoint when loading
- Colonist current stats (heat/heartrate ect.) do not carry over on save.
- Fossils change type on load.
- Possible to build around airlock blocking it
- Terminal Tool-tip flickers when there isn't room for data
- Locked Doors cannot be unlocked unless clicking on frame.
- Colonists empty second barrel of water from still before filled
- Airlock / rockwalls clipping
- Menu UI is easy to mis-click to due large click boxes.
- [sound] Atmogen/3d printer upon loading a save will play their start up noises
- Molerat Tunnels change building list
- Locked doors on loading show wall parts on top.
- Colonists wandering through objects
- IMP skips animations for plant pulling.
- Building a Flag shows as "airlock" at workbench
- F12 Image saves are not saving at Native resolution
- Water Barrel Sound effects not working
- Floor "Rubble" model can appear under pre-built rooms
- [Menu] Pressing a key causes the mouse hand to disappear
